Centrinel was founded by David Guercia, who saw the need for a more collaborative and curated IT purchasing experience during his time working in IT sales. After working for a leading IT infrastructure manufacturer for 20 years, David was inspired to empower IT buyers and sellers with a streamlined IT solutions marketplace. In 2017, he founded Centrinel to cut the complexity of IT purchasing and bridge the gap between providers and customers.
David drew on his years of experience with the IT purchasing process to build a platform that makes sense for both buyers and sellers. With Centrinel, providers get a centralized location to showcase their products to interested customers. Customers, in turn, have a clear, go-to shopping platform that eliminates reseller markups and allows shoppers to request and evaluate custom projects with different vendors.
